2. Pedagogical Specialist
Pedagogical specialist as group leader (m/f/d) for our family groups in Greece
Would you like to live and work with 4-7 children and young people who have been admitted?
You will be supported by pedagogical staff, who will also cover your days off and your holiday cover.
All children and young people in our facility are accommodated in accordance with the provisions of the VIII. Social Code Book. We look after the children and young people living with us around the clock.
Your tasks:
- Your task in our house is to be regarded as long-term, since it is absolutely necessary for the children that they are not subject to constant change of caregivers.
- We practice open and objective cooperation with the aim of improving the living conditions and development of the children.
- Needs-based individual support and supervision of the children.
- Planning, implementation, documentation and reflection of pedagogical everyday structuring aids.
- Accompaniment to self-employment, development of life and career prospects
- Team leadership.

We are looking for you as an educator (m/f/d) for our care projects in Greece.
Would you like to live and work with 4-7 children and young people who have been admitted?
Your tasks:
- We look after the children and young people living with us around the clock.
- You work in shifts, as well as service on Sundays and public holidays.
- Your task in our house is to be regarded as long-term, since it is absolutely necessary for the children that they are not subject to constant change of caregivers.
- We practice open and objective cooperation with the aim of improving the living conditions and development of the children. For this reason, we offer the prospect of permanent employment after the fixed-term contract.
- In addition to the general conditions already mentioned, you will be able to carry out the day-to-day nursing, educational, household and financial tasks of a family group under the guidance of a group leader.
Your profile:
- You have completed training to become a state-approved educator.
- You have good knowledge of dealing with children and young people.
- You like to work independently and flexibly.
- You have a category B driver's license.
